About SLU-PP-332
SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic, non-hormonal small-molecule agonist of the estrogen-related receptors ERRα and ERRγ. In preclinical research it has been explored for its interaction with mitochondrial biogenesis, oxidative metabolism and cellular energy regulation, making it a compound of interest in metabolic and exercise physiology research.
Suggested research protocols
Standard research dose: 1ml (approx. 1,330mcg), once daily (pre-exercise research models).
Micro research dose: 0.5ml (approx. 665mcg), once daily (pre-exercise research models).
Storage
Supplied ready to use. Store in a sealed container in a cool, dark environment, protected from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Once opened, use within 12 weeks to maintain product integrity and consistency.
Research areas of interest
Preclinical and laboratory investigations have explored SLU-PP-332 in relation to:
- Mitochondrial biogenesis: mitochondrial gene expression and cellular energy production pathways.
- Fat oxidation & metabolic research: lipid metabolism and oxidative energy utilisation.
- Endurance & exercise performance models: endurance-related metabolic adaptations and aerobic capacity.
- Lean tissue preservation research: energy regulation pathways associated with muscle metabolism during caloric restriction models.
- ERRα & ERRγ signalling: transcriptional pathways linked to estrogen-related receptor activation.
- Cardiovascular energy metabolism: cellular energy pathways in cardiac and skeletal muscle metabolism.
