Where can I find testing documents?
Start with the current certificates. Published reports show HPLC purity and measured content, with a laboratory order number and password for verification. Documentation is still being added for further products. If a report is not listed, ask us what is available for the relevant batch before ordering.
When will my order arrive?
Check the shipping policy and delivery options at checkout for current processing times, charges and estimates. You will receive tracking information after dispatch. For a time-sensitive order, contact us before purchasing.
What if an order is damaged or incorrect?
