Refund policy
At Elevr, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us, and our return and refund policy is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or full refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
