NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a naturally occurring coenzyme central to cellular energy production and metabolic processes. In laboratory environments, it has been widely studied for its role in redox reactions, mitochondrial activity and cellular signalling pathways. Supplied in lyophilised (freeze-dried) form to support stability and integrity, each batch is independently verified at 99% purity (HPLC-tested) and accompanied by a full Certificate of Analysis (COA).

Elevr provides NAD+ strictly as a research-grade compound to ensure consistency and transparency across laboratory applications.

What is NAD+?

NAD+ is a vital coenzyme found in all living cells and plays a key role in cellular energy production and metabolic regulation. Within research settings, it has been explored for its involvement in mitochondrial function, DNA repair processes and cellular resilience pathways.

Usage & Reconstitution

NAD+ is provided as a lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder to preserve stability and product integrity. For laboratory use, it can be reconstituted with sterile bacteriostatic water or a suitable buffer chosen in line with your research protocol. NAD+ is water-soluble and typically forms a clear solution; gentle warming or sonication may be used if needed to aid dissolution.

Once reconstituted, store solutions at 2–8°C. For longer-term storage, divide into aliquots and freeze at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze–thaw cycles.

For laboratory research use only.
